1.准备食材:小芋头、粘米粉、辣椒粉、五香等食材。

2.小芋头煮熟去皮;

3.去皮的芋头压碎成芋头泥;

4.把粘米粉、辣椒粉、五香粉、盐放入拌均;PS:可以加入适量的水

5.拌均好的芋泥做成小丸子;

6.热锅,倒入适量的油,油温180度左右,放入芋丸子;

7.改为中火,翻转炸至金黄色,捞出,用吸油纸吸走多余的油即可。

小窍门&温馨提示
1.芋头要买粉,才好吃;
2.芋头泥一定要的很碎,丸子才入味;
3.不吃辣椒的可以不加辣椒。
